Amber Phillips and Richard Hart have a combined experience of sharing yoga of 22 years! Both started out as students of yoga, that continued to seek out further knowledge of self observance to become more aware of their own nature.
If you're looking to teach or just gain more knowledge - this training will give you the tools and experience to deepen your practice on a personal level as well as the encouragement to share with others. We will spend time practicing a physical practice, and breaking down the anatomy involved.. Experiencing the breath through experience and practice as well as diving into the history of yoga
