Most of us have embraced and enjoyed the quick paced Yang practices of yoga. Have you or would you consider allowing your mind and body to melt into the slower pace of Yin Yoga?
Whether you are a Yoga Instructor wanting to add to your teachings or a student looking to dive into a deeper more meditative practice, I welcome you to 18 hours of Yin - a quiet contemplative practice.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
Join Amber Phillips for a weekend diving into Yin Yoga
Amber 500 E-RYT, is the founder of Rise Yoga and has been sharing Yoga for 10 years with students through a variety of styles from quick Vinyasa to a slow and gentle Yin.
The weekend will be full of Yin and Yang practices finding balance, slowly embracing the longer Yin holds while understanding the physical body variations with anatomy the philosophy, and the confidence to share with your students.

30th September, 2023 9am-6pm $175
YIN 1 - will be focus on expressing your practice, deepening the sensations and awareness in each space as you understand the Connections within your Body Yin 1 will be geared towards the practice of Yin or self.

1st October, 2023 9am-6pm $175
YIN 2 - will dive deeper into the sharing of a Yin practice with your students, friends, and Family. We will discuss anatomy, meridians, theory, and each individual Yin Shape. We will still find the shape in the body for a great practice for your own understanding and then take time to break it down to give you the tools as a teacher.

Yin 1 is required to attend Yin 2. Book both days for $325. If attended in past you may fresshen up with either day.
