Take time to slow down, feeling and listening to the shapes your body finds. When we are guided through a group practice, we can often forget the basics of Yoga. The breathe and the connections that the body feels within. That true inner guidance and instinct.
Intuitive yoga will start with meditation focusing on the inner intuition within the mind, body, and spirit. The asana practice will be slow with encouragement to stop, focus, and be truely aware of you and how you physically and mentally feel in that moment. Time will be offered in each space for reflection as well as Q&A.
