Strength meets yoga. Cardio meets control. Effort meets ease.
Join us for a 2-hour circuit-style experience designed to build strength, boost VOâ‚‚ max, improve balance, and sharpen coordination all while working at just 50% of your max effort. No burnout. Just smart training.
Suitable for anyone, some movements may require modificationsÂ
We will create a circuit of various exercises aiming for 50% of our maximum effort and then resting for as long as the movement
Rowing
ReboundingÂ
Hanging to bolster bench to recline
Yoga Postures including: standing, balancing, chair, lying down
Gripping dead lift optional
Kettle Bells, light weight to heavy(optional)
Balancing Board

Jumping with/without rope or jumping “jacks”
Gloves provided
Designed to increase strength, VO2 max, flexibility, balance, neuromuscular coordination using the concept of “greasing the groove”. Feel free to not do any of these and just skip around the room.
